Representing Swiss Ocean Tech, our distributor in the UK, Atlantis Marine Power, accepted for our revolutionary solution AnchorGuardian® the Deck Equipment Innovation Award during the Seawork Exhibition in Southampton, June 10-12, 2024.
AnchorGuardian offers a new dimension of safety at sea by minimising the risk of anchor drag, providing predictions and triggering immediate alarms with sub-meter accuracy.
The solution monitors the movement & position of a ship’s anchor delivering intelligent data to support the crew while laying and lifting the anchor. The patented technology operates independent of any movement of the ship.
The entire team is thrilled to receive the Innovation Award in the Deck Equipment category for this revolutionary technology. The judges were impressed by its ability to provide crucial knowledge to the skipper, facilitating confident anchoring and reducing seabed damage.
